When you purchase or order a product from Cortiglia or register on our website to receive catalogs, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address and credit card information, all of which is secure, and necessary in the event we need to contact you in regards to your order.  As well, we maintain a private record of your product purchases. 

The information that you give us, and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources.  This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. Product Availability

Cortiglia Bags are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of prodcuts we supply.  We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order or if there is a delay in shipment.

Pricing

All prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars.  At Cortiglia, we make every effort to ensure that all our pricing is accurate.  In the event of an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we extend to you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Cortiglia charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as is required by applicable laws. 

Shipping

To estimate the total delivery time per purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time for shipping.  Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Cortiglia is not responsible for unanticipated delays. 

Order and Return Policy

At Cortiglia, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority.  We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment and guarantee our merchadise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange.  Upon receipt, please notify us of any damage within 7 days.  We will arrange for a prompt replacement.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase, unused and in its original condition, for a refund of the merchandise value.  We will gladly accept returns at the customer's discretion provided the product is returned to us in the same 'new' condition, in the original packaging.  Damage due to shipping, of improperly packaged goods, is not the responsibility of Cortiglia.  For returns and exchanges, please call Cortiglia Customer Service @ 415.613.5382.
