Sales Tax Cortiglia charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as is required by applicable laws. Shipping To estimate the total delivery time per purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time for shipping. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Cortiglia is not responsible for unanticipated delays. Order and Return Policy At Cortiglia, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment and guarantee our merchadise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange. Upon receipt, please notify us of any damage within 7 days. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase, unused and in its original condition, for a refund of the merchandise value. We will gladly accept returns at the customer's discretion provided the product is returned to us in the same 'new' condition, in the original packaging.
